My legs are so fucking sore from Friday. I did 50 burbees, 50 over head squats at 30 pounds, at 30 pounds, and 50 lunges on each leg at 30 pounds. He made me do those at increments of 5. then he made me do 50 chest presses at 90 pounds, 50 shoulder presses while standing at 30 pounds, and 50 reverse bicep curls at 30 pounds also while standing. I did 24 miuntes of cardio Saturday and I was really hurting that day so I stopped and didn't go yesterday. I did go today for 50 minutes and burned 1050 calories.
BTW I can't fucking stop eating and its starting to work my nerve. I guess it's stress from school.
