Brutal Workout

Today at the gym my trainer made me do 3 sets of 30 25 20 reps on doing all chest exercises ( except for one it was 20 15 10 because it was super heavy for me). I did free motion cross between a chest fly and chest presses, then did regular chest presses (the hard one), then I did regular chest flys He also increased the weights each set (except the super hard one). After that he put a 40 pound body bag thing on me and made me do lunges(sp) around the track and every third of the way we stopped and I have to do 3 wall sits with the 40 pound thing on me. So I did 3 sets of wall sits and lunged 1/12 of a mile and I CAN"T stand lunges period. Before all of this I did 24 minutes of cardio so I was freaking done when I finished working with my trainer. I am already starting to feel the soreness to kick in.
